1.1 Happy Hour Travel & Accommodation offers personalized travel planning and arrangement services. Including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, local transportation, guided tours and other travel-related services.
1.2 We act as an intermediary between the client (“you” “your”) and third-party service providers such as airlines,hotels,car rental companies,tour operators,etc. We do not own or operate any of these third-party services.
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability. We will do our best to secure the arrangements you request but we cannot guarantee that all services will be available at the time of booking.
2.2 Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made through our accepted payment methods which may include credit card or bank transfer.
2.3 Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice. Changes may occur due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges or other factors beyond our control.
3.1 Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to our team via email.
3.2 Cancellation policies vary depending on the third-party service providers’ terms and conditions. We will inform you of the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the respective service provider’s policies.
3.3 Happy Hour Travel & Accommodation reserves the right to apply an administrative fee for any cancellations, amendments or changes to your booking.
In the case of cancellation, we will charge based on the number of days before your departure as this incurs administrative cost and charges by hotels and third party companies, the cancellation charges will apply on the following percentage amount.

4.1 If you wish to amend or change your travel arrangements, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
4.2 Additional charges may apply for any amendments or changes and these changes will be communicated to you before proceeding with any changes.
5.1 Happy Hour Travel & Accommodation is not liable for any loss, damage,injury or inconvenience caused by delays, cancellations, strikes, weather conditions or other events beyond our control.
5.2 We do not take responsibility for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers. Any issues or disputes arising from services provided by third parties must be addressed directly with them.
5.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents including passports,visas and any required vaccinations for your trip. We are not liable for any issues related to travel documentation.
6.1 We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses and other unforeseen events. Happy Hour Travel & Accommodation is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to lack of insurance
